Order Status For register users ONLY, you
will be able to see the status of your order as follow:
Pending:
By default all orders will be mark as "Pending".
All "Pending" & "Cancelled" order will be removed from our system within
15 days. You can resubmit your order again at any time.
Paid:
Once your payment is verified by our secure gateway, the status
will change to "Paid".
Delivered:
Your item has been ship out and is currently in transit.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT WAS DELIVER TO YOUR DOORSTEP. We use
several services to generate
your shipping label and therefore all tracking information will automatically be sent from either of them. Due to system delays,
please allow 1-2 business days after you have place your order before contacting us about shipping status.
Cancelled:
Orders can be cancelled by the customer or our team member if we observe duplicates or customers change their mind.

Tracking Order All orders are ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless noted. To track your order, visit USPS Track & Cofirm and enter the number that was provided to you via email.
